How do I keep my purchases fresh?

To maintain the freshness of your purchases, protect them from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations. All cookies are stored in a cool, dark place—such as a pantry—rather than in the refrigerator, until they are ready to be served.

Do they come individually wrapped?

Each product or item is packaged separately in its own wrapping. This could be for reasons such as hygiene, convenience, or to maintain the product's integrity. Individual wrapping can also make it easier for distribution, storage, and usage, ensuring that each product remains protected until it is opened or used.

Do you offer gluten free items?

Yes, we offer gluten-free items at Delightful Bites. If you have any specific dietary requirements or preferences, feel free to ask for our gluten-free menu or inquire about gluten-free options when placing your order. We are committed to providing options that cater to various dietary needs.

What is your return/refund policy?

Due to our fondant being perishable, returns cannot be accepted. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please inform us, and we will promptly address and rectify the situation.

Can I get a discount for large orders?
